This year, Colton- our third baby, turned FOUR.
I am in disbelief that he is already this old- just like every other birthday that springs itself upon me. But Colton is our rambunctious, love-bug. He still wants to climb into bed with us each morning, he wants to be cuddled at night, he has to give you a hug and a kiss before you leave the house- he’s our gentle giant. Because on the reverse, he will be the protector of our family. He isn’t afraid of anything or anyone. He will not back down gracefully. He is stubborn. He is assertive. He tests all of our patience. He is me, I am him 🤣
Colton wanted a Minions themed party and had this decided way back in January. There was no convincing him out of it. And rightfully so- he’s just as feral, unhinged, and hard to manage, just like a minion.
I made the cake pops using this TikTok recipe and got amazing feedback on them. We bought our white bounce house from Sam’s Club- honestly, a steal! I grabbed flowers for the floral arrangements at Trader Joe’s. And my cousin (shout out to Britt) purchased and showed up as a real life Minion. The children were shocked to say the least 🤣
